Restaurant Mark is a Danish luxury bistro that pays homage to all the delights from the Danish countryside

Pork and beef, poultry and game, dairy, handcrafted beer, ripe fruits and fresh fish, mussels, and oysters from the sea surrounding us.

In the kitchen, our skilled head-chef and a team of dedicated chefs leverage the taste by using classic French techniques combined with small twists. And our waiters serve the food with the same care and dedication you will find with the farmers, fishermen and craft producers that we carefully hand-pick as suppliers to Mark.
